This area has many enormous trees, especially of the Cativo specie, a native specie that is truly a gem. This is where you can find the largest grouping of this specie on the whole Caribbean coast.

As we walk the jungle trail, we can appreciate the plethora of species that call this area home, all the while our tour guides recount the history and classification of the beautiful flora and fauna.
